History:

The congregation purchased the Methodist church four miles northwest of Republic in 1909. The building was dismantled and brought to its current location. Reconstruction was completed and on September 5, 1909 the church was dedicated. In 1970 Trinity EUB became Republic Trinity United Methodist Church. “We have a long history in Republic and we are so excited to see how God is moving in the hearts and lives of the people here. Trinity UMC is proud to be a part of the history of Republic and look forward to being part of this community for many more years.” ~ Republic Area Historical Society
